This beer rocks. I am not a huge fan of Pilseners. However, this beer is the best pilsener I have ever tasted... including Urquel. I hope dissing Urquel is not what ends up sending me to hell.

Pours a nice golden color with average head for a pils, I usually like a little more effervesence. The aroma had a little bit of diectyl (trending for this brewer) but has just the right amount of maltiness and hops to finish it out. Flavor is mild but also well rounded with bitter and sweet. Thanks to TTB for this wonderful pils.

Crystal clear straw hue with fizzy and fading white head, okay lace. The aroma hints of grassy and floral hops, lemongrass, lightly toasted malts, a touch of honey, and mild allspice tones. The taste starts malty with a grassy tone. Also detected some lemon, spice, bready and musty yeast. The finish has a lingering bitterness but not powerful. The mouthfeel is surprisingly overall smooth and mellow, is a bit sharp initally around the edges. A quaffable session pils, easily drinkable on a hot New Mexico afternoon. Thanks Eric for the bottle.

Poured a clear yellow color with a small white head. Sweet and caramelly. The flavor is pretty malty and sweet as well. Light bitterness on the finish but doesnt remind me of a pilsner.

Poured a bright golden color with a small head and nice lacing. Lemon, spicy hop, pilsener aroma. Flavor begins malt, some straw in the middle with a bitter hop finish. Rather full mouthfeel. This was super drinkable and gone before I knew it. Thanks whaleman (secret santa)...

(12 oz bottle: Obtained in trade with whaleman, thanks David!) I had never heard of this brewery until I obtained this bottle in a trade, but apparently I’ve been missing out because this is a pretty nice pilsener. The nose started out citrusy, which didn’t really thrill me, but it has opened up quickly, becoming more grainy and fairly spicy. This has a nice flavor too. The somewhat bready maltiness is joined by a mildly bitter hops and a little Southwest spiciness. Tastes like a slight addition of chili peppers to spice things up a bit in the finish. Light-medium bodied. Medium straw in color, but extremely hazy, to the point of translucence. Not a large head on the pour, and it settles to a thin white sheen fairly quickly. Quite tasty and enjoyable.

12 oz bottle obtained as a bonus in a trade with whaleman - Thanks Dave! Pours golden with an inch high fluffy white head that laces.. Carbonation bubbles up from the bottom like a geyser. Aroma is first of pilsner hops and as the previous poster said frosted flakes! (I laughed when I first read that but it is very true). Flavor is a nice grainy hop mix with just a touch of lemon and grass. Very crisp and clean on the palate and quite refreshing. A great beer for a hot summer day.
