Pours amber with a thin white head. Smells of caramel and earthy. Tastes earthy and sweet with a slight peppery finish.

The maltiest amber I’ve ever had. Almost no hops at all, tons of sweet, woody caramel malts, nothing else really. An OK beer, but pretty unremarkable.

Unique for the style. Very malty. It seems to be brewed with a heavy dose of munich compared to any other amber I have had. Interesting touch that certainly separates this amber from the pack. Not bad.

Not bad at all really. Better then I thought it would be. Bought this on a whim while on a trip to Santa Fe. A bit sweet, with caramel and light fruit flavors such as watered down apple juice. Nothing jaw dropping, but not the worst amber I’ve had either.

Good amber color. Little head. Decent sweet aroma, but the drink was disappointing. Overly carbonated, weak taste with nothing really to recommend it. While there’s nothing that’ll make you gag, you can find any number of superior beers in this genre.

Thanks for sharing, milkmandan. The body is dark amber with a light khaki colored head. The aroma was meaty bologna with some sweet cherries. There was some cardboard and apple core dominating the flavor. A woody dry finish. Flat body.

I really wasn’t expecting much from this but I was still disappointed. It doesn’t look bad - dark orangeish color with a thin white head. The aroma is pretty weak of bland malt and not much else. The palate is very watery and there’s not much that stands out in the flavor. Now I can say I’ve had a beer from New Mexico, I guess.

Draught with a tap handle of an alien: Poured a rusty copper amber color with a slightly off white head. The aroma is a bit hoppy with some sweet malts sprinkled in. The taste is pretty ordinary with malt and just enough hops to keep it going.
