Starts with citrus fruit, but not sour. Light bodied. Light to medium brown malt taste. The finish seems to include citrus in the rear of the mouth. The bitter is not enough to balance the sweetness, but it is enough to render the finish pleasant. There is some fresh stone fruit taste. It is really clean and refreshing. badgerben (3602), Blaine, Minnesota, USA

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Apr 14, 2007 From a 12-oz bottle shared at JK’s Spring Gathering, pours an amber color with an off-white head. The head has a slippery lace and dissolves very fast. Very light carbonation. Aromas of sweet caramel, fruity tropical sweetness and some hops. Flavor is sweet barley malt with grass notes and lime peel. Finish is mild with some acidity and a dry aftertaste. A pretty straightforward Amber, but I would not endorse, nor say it has a taste that is out of this world. BDR (2162), Roseville, Minnesota, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 14/20 | Feb 9, 2007 My expectations weren’t all that hight going into this beer. There wasn’t much head on this one, but it was a dark amber color. I did enjoy the malty aroma and taste. All in all a surprisingly good beer all things considered. joebrew (608), Farewell Minny; Hello Puyallup, Washington, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jan 13, 2007 Pours a nice dark amber with a minimal off white head. Nice sweet malty aroma. The flavor is a nice mild malty sweet, with a little carbonation and a slight metallic flavor on the finish. All in all not the worst gimmick beer I have had, but not the best.
