| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Aug 30, 2008 Poured a great-looking caramel orange color with a small white fluffy head. Taste is very good for an IPA, not overly bitter by any means. Just a slight hop taste in the finish. I’m pleasantly surprised by this beer. OldRaspy (292), Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Aug 30, 2008 Bottle. Pours somewhere between copper and gold... more on the gold side. Good foamy head that leaves significant lacing covering the brew and clinging all up the sides of the glass. Smell is of resiny pine hops with a slice of lemon. Taste is sharp cascade hops with a nice dry malt to back it up and balance it. This is hopped between a strong APA and a usual IPA. Mouthfeel is average.
