Same appearance as pale ale. Nice bitter aroma, but only light bitterness in the taste. Goes down smooth with a weak bitter finish. A bit disappointing. Was expecting something more potent.

Crystal clear golden beer, white head. The aroma is quite sulfurous with a woody hop nose as well. Not a great deal of hoppy spiciness at all. Flavour is okay, earthy/dusty malts giving the brew an almost Belgian character. Crisp minerally finish over a bit of earthy flavour. This could have been so much more.

Somewhat overattenuated with a very grainy mouthfeel. Very lite bitterness that is somewhat earthy. Caramel and biscuit notes with a touch of Diacetyl.

Draft. Pale copper color with a slight off-white head. Faint malt aroma. Grainy malt flavor with a rough bitterness. Admittedly not my favorite style but seems like a fairly good example. Very cereal dominate malt flavor. Bitter finish.

On Tap at Croxley Ales in NYC. Pours a light gold, moslty clear with a fluffy lasting white head. Aroma is lightly fruity esters, floral hops and very light bready malts. Nice fruity and floral flavoro with some tea-like qualities, and a citrusy bitter finish. Nice and smooth body and mouthfeel. Pretty good tasty bitter.

On tap at Hollingshead Deli in Orange, CA. Clear amber color with some up front maltiness and a very slight hoppy back end. A good session brew

Draft. Golden beer with an off-white head. Great balanced flavor. Caramel and spicey/grassy hops. Low malt aroma with some British hops. Easy drinking.

Sampled on hand pull at the Map Room in Chicago. Pours a light golden color with moderate head which settles in a few minutes. Slight hop aroma with caramel malt. Hop bitterness is assertive, but not overpowering for this light bodied beer. It’s a bit thin, but a great session beer.
