Nice sweet malty aroma. Flavor is sweet and chocolatey malt with a nice noticable nuttiness. A nice brown ale.

Bottle--Pours a dark copper color with a large head that disappears quickly. The aroma was a nutty, malt, roast smell. The taste contained more hops than I expected. A nutty finished completed the taste.

Nice red-brown with a huge, creamy head. The aroma is malty with hints of sweetness and hops. The flavour has a slightly tart and dry grapefruit note, malt, light sweetness and hints of nuts. The overall impression is weak. 2430

355ml bottle. Light brown in colour with a tan head and medium carbonation. Rich malt with fruit and lotst of hops leading to a bitter finish. Very enjoyable.

Bottle at Brygghuset, Vimmerby. Quite decent. Some hoppy notess in an otherwise malt-dominated aroma. Quite thin body. Not that great actually, the weakest beer I’ve tried (so far) from Sierra Nevada. Wouldn’t search this one out again.

Pours a nice clear amber with off white head. It ahs a mild aroma of roasted malts and hints of a hoppy floral bouquet and slight astringency. The taste starts with a carbonated boost of mild hop bitterness, astringency and dusty maltiness. Later a richer roasted malt and caramelized malt flavor surfaced. The start seemed a bit sharp the style.

Brown and nutty with a smooth texture. No carbonation and a reasonable amount of body. Quite smooth. A nice if not outstanding brown ale.

Bottle courtesy of Monger: Poured a deep brown color ale with a nice foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of caramel malt with light hops. Taste is dominated by caramel and light molasses malt with a clean dry finish with some light hops. Body is pretty full for the style with some good carbonation. I thought this was very good for a style, which is too often boring.
