Oct 3, 2007 Bottle. Gold on the pour with big head. Carbonation is high. Aroma of citrus / hops as normal. Taste is a little thin and slightly sweet. This beer is light and refreshing, a must for any work in the garden.

Aug 25, 2007 Tap at Blind Tiger. Little aroma. Lightly vegetal, olive, cucumber, wheat taste. Dry, with clean, unassertive yeast. Very drinkable, if a touch thin. Surprised that I liked this at all, as I usually can’t stand American Wheat, but this was very well done. It avoided the pitfalls of so many others or the stuff.

May 15, 2007 Clear gold with white head. Aroma of citrus, grain and hops. Flavors of wheat, citrus, and hops. Slightly sweet and quite refreshing, but not very interesting.
