on tap @ brews in the village.this was just an unfiltered version of the s.n.w. that comes in bottles.it was a bit smoother and a little less carbonated.

On tap at the Brickside Grille. Pours a light golden with a small white head that laced the glass. Aroma is light with some slight hops, citrus and wheat. The flavor was hoppier (pine) than I expected (was thinking I would pick up more wheat). Enjoyable and refreshing.

Poured a pale golden color with a small, fluffy white head that left very little lacing on the glass. Aroma of grassy hops, perfume, wheat, and faint citrus. Taste of toasted malt, tart wheat / lemon, citrus hops, and a lightly bitter finish. Decent, but not up to what I expect from Sierra.

Draft at the Drafting Room. Gold pour with 2-finger white head. Aroma of pale malt, honey, some citrus and hops. The taste was malty and citric, with finishing hops. A good hot weather beer, but not something I’d seek out.

On tap - surprised to find this quite average. Realize that this is a light bodied American Wheat, yet agree that there is a lack of much in the way of aroma or taste. Fairly bland and non-descript.

Draught: Slight honey aroma. Golden in color with big white head that left a medium lacing. Clear. Tasted of malts, honey, and lemon, but was balanced with some hoppy dryness. Medium bodied. Lively carbonation. Easy to drink. Overall, a decent lighter beer for a hot summer day.

Tap @ Red’s. Fogged glass!!!!!! SO upset! I could still tell the stuff was clear looking down into the glass, but aL:SKFJHLKSFJL >_<!!!! Straw colored and clear, white head and not much lace (dots and splotches here and there). Body was light to medium with lots of foamy carb and a lightly dry finish. Aroma was a light musk (dough), malty honey and rather earthy. Flavor was musky with sweat and leather. Noticable wheat flavor. Lightly bitter sour finish with a spicy hop presence and a lemon sour. Hop spice becomes more noticable with warmth. Lemon sour (no rind, just meat) with the spice is quite refreshing and nice. The beer was enjoyable and highly drinkable. Not knock your socks off impressive, but a top choice for session.

On draught at Red’s Old 395 Grill in Carson City, NV. Didn’t know the difference between the wheat and the crystal wheat, so I ordered this. Much lighter than I expected. As light as a BMC macroswill, but enough hop tinge and citrus flavor to keep it interesting. The orange didn’t hurt. Extremely drinkable on a hot day. Put down a 25oz mug easily and could’ve pounded one or two more, but probably not something I’ll get again.
