[At Stockholm Beer Festival 2005] A clear yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet malty and wheaty - and so is the flavor - leading to a dry end. The banana is very well hidden.

(On tap) Clear, pale golden with a creamy, white head leaving laces. Lightly perfumy aroma. Thin-bodied, dry malty notes with a somewhat berry-like edge. The finish is dry. Light and easy drinking, just nothing much happening really. 240307

Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival. Clear pale golden, small head. Sweet and fruity, notes of grapefruit and banana. The mouthfeel is clean and rounded and the finish somewhat soapy. The mouthfeel is too hard to make it quaffable, yet it provides not much flavours to make it a beer to sip on.

(tasting notes from Fall 2000): Smooth, with the sweetness not overwhelming. Pleasant afternoon beer.

This beer rocks. This was the 12th and final beer I tried while at the brewery. I really don’t remember much about it offhand, but my notes indicate that it was well hopped and citrusy. That’s all my notes indicate. Oh, I wrote that it was a terrific Summer beer. I was on the patio and it was well over 90 degrees. I was drunk beyond belief. Somehow managed to make it to the Butte Creek brewery immediately after I order a pint of the Brown ale and some dinner.

Draught@The Rake, Borough, London. Quite light and crisp with some subtle aromatic hop notes. Quite a clean mouthfeel. Soft mouthfeel, short-ish finish.

Tap at RNH. Clear pale golden beer. Thin white head. The aroma is lightly wheaty. There is a bit of light lemon and a touch of earthy spicy hops. Nice enough for the summer although it’s pretty damn light. Refreshing though.

Draft at the Drafting Room. Gold pour with 2-finger white head. Aroma of pale malt, honey, some citrus and hops. The taste was malty and citric, with finishing hops. A good hot weather beer, but not something I’d seek out.
