Nov 27, 2008 On tap at Draft Magazine’s Big Pour in Mesa. Pours a clear amber with light tan head. Nose is citrus hops and malt. Taste is tart citrus, malt and alcohol. Medium mouth feel. Not sure it matches the style, but I liked it due to the hops profile.

Nov 27, 2008 The aroma is pretty fragrant and perfumey with some citrus and doughy malts. Golden pour with a nice head and sticky lacing. Moderately sweet and malty - like cookie dough with some floral and citrus hops in the finish too. Creamy body, nice hoppy finish.

Nov 21, 2008 on tap at 1702 pours a light amber with thin white head. good lacing. aroma of only sweet malt and alcohol. flavor comes through har dwith a twinge of something weird up front and then the sweetness comes theough. not bad but heavy and off a little. good body and alcohol.

Nov 3, 2008 Crystal clear bright medium golden amber. Thin, loose white head. Sharp boozy nose, lots of earth and dry leaves there as well. Crisp, light, slightly fizzy body. Twang, diacetyl, earth, and dry leaves on the mid-palate, along with some salt. Not much happening here, none of it much good.

Nov 1, 2008 I have only found this beer on draft. Superb aroma, nice caramel color, and a slight bready adn outstanding tasty flavor from first sip to after the last sip. Have 1 or several and feel the flavor burst.

Oct 27, 2008 tap @ sierra. Not thrilled with this offering. Poured light golden and thought I was getting the wrong beer. Soft carmel hops and a bigger hop backbone than I was expecting. Maybe I was looking for more flavor It’s ok.

Oct 21, 2008 So this is a blonde dopplebock. Pours a bright semi cloudy golden colour with a hint of orange near the bottom. Head is large and flowing, creamy and sort of resinous. Aroma is bready, soft hops, caramel malts and toast. Taste is full and slightly hoppy. Big bright fruits ecspecially pear and peach. Overall nice beer, packs a punch thast for sure.
