May 28, 2008 Some beanhead at the Sieera Nevada Brewery let us sample this and it sucked. I hated it. Poured a mud brown color with a sewer sludge head. The white foamy head burned deep, if you catch my drifter.

May 27, 2008 Hazy golden-amber. Spicy-woody hop nose. Fairly bitter body with lots of woody character. Dry, with a little caramel, toast notes.

May 26, 2008 This ESB pours a slightly hazy copper orange color from a 12oz bottle. Small to medium sized white creamy head. The aroma is malt and citrusy hops. A medium bodied ESB. The malts are caramel and sweet. The hops are citrusy and floral. Kind of hoppy for an ESB but the hops and malts kind of balance. Very drinkable. Nice carbonation. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

May 25, 2008 12 oz bottle from Total Wine in Jacksonville, FL. Pours an amber color with a white head that lasts. Aroma is very hoppy and clean smelling. Nice taste with a citrus touch to the hops and a good finish with a very slight twinge of bittnerness. Very nice.

May 25, 2008 Bottle picked up at Oddbins, Summertown, Oxford 24-05-08 Mid amber pour with big white foamy head. Lovely hoppy oily aroma, incredibly fresh smelling.Nice bitterness with wonderfully spicy hops, some nice citrusty touches, a very nice beer indeed.

May 23, 2008 Bottle. Slight hazy light amber with an orange hue. Lightly perfumy smell of fruits and some hops. Clean. Not very complex, but quite nice. Light, creamy palate with a hint of grapefruit that dissipates and leave a clean fruity aftertaste with a lingering bitterness. Fresh peaches. Dry mouthfeel in the finish.

May 22, 2008 Bottle. Orange-copper coloured body. Has a quite foamy and big yellowish head at first but it sinks. Aroma is fruity, fresh, hopy and has some apples. Flavor is caramel, nuts, hops, malty and some apples as well. It´s quite bitter and dry in the finish. I like this type of brew!

May 22, 2008 The color is a lovely reddish blond with a small white head that disappears quickly. Not much smell. There is an apricot aroma, and some malty aromas. Flavor is bland, and about the same as the aroma. A little bit of lemon flavor comes out as the beer warms. It’s not bad. It’s not great. It’s just ok.
