| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 14/20 | May 13, 2008 Pretty good stuff, like a step down from the regular pale ale. A summer time pale if you will. Still has good substance. Sparky27 (1642), Phoenix, Arizona, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 13, 2008 2008 bottle. Pours a clear amber with 3 finger rocky beige head that lasted about as long as a virgin on prom night. Nose is grassy, malty, hoppy. Palate is sweet malt at first that gives way to a lingering bitter finish. Light mouth feel with ok lacing. Decent for the style I suppose. GeneralGao (3079), Iowa City, Iowa, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 13, 2008 12oz bottle. Poured a clear medium orange color. Head was fluffy and white with good retention and lacing. Smelled of light sprucy hops with subdued caramel and cereal grains. Moderately carbonated and dry with mild hop bitterness of about 4 out of 10. There are fruit, vegetable, and light sprucy hop flavors up front. The hops continue into the finish and are accompanied by a hint of malty graham cracker. Nice. MesandSim (5972), London, Greater London, England
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | May 13, 2008 A Mes rate: Bottle thanks to Reakt. Orange amber with a thin off white head. Lovely aroma of piney sprucey hops with some peach and a delicate but excellent rubbery note. Flavour is equally good. Sharp hoppage with a slight minty note similar to Anchor Steam. Earthy and spicy with some herby, almost rosemary notes. Lovely bitterness in the finish. Balanced just right. So very very drinkable. Goes down like a 3.5% chucker nothing like 5.9%. A really really pleasant drink. Best new Sierra Nevada I have tried since the cask Harvest. MiP (9162), Sønderborg, Denmark
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | May 13, 2008 Bottle, 5.9%. Weak, but nice grassy hop aroma. Hazy dark orange colour. Stable white head. The flavour is quite mild, but not bad. Basically a mildly roasted malt base with grassy hops. twindadplus2 (418), Wisconsin, USA
