May 1, 2008 Bottle. Orange-amber beer with a cream colored head. Grassy, slight citrus aroma. Hoppy - woodsy, earthy, citrus flavor with good bitterness and a bit of malt backing. Medium body. LIngering citrus, grass, and slight caramel.

May 1, 2008 Cold 12oz bottle: Pours a medium hazy orange with a thin film of off-white bubbles. Aroma is of rich grains, grass and fruit. Taste is of rich grains with dominant grassy hops and some fruit notes. Crisp with good carbonation. Ending is a prolonged aftertaste of bitterness.

May 1, 2008 like a better summerfest!!! ha--yeah... mmm, okay: earthy, light ale with an ABV kick that has a mineral water base, and a light malt background; rough, nice, nothing much, and nothing more.

Apr 30, 2008 Pours a golden brown color with a slightly off white head. Aroma of hops, slightly citrusy.Nice flavor, good balance between hops and malt. Palate is nicely balanced, easily drinkable but not thin. Probably one of my more favorite sessionable beers. Definately something I could drink daily.

Apr 30, 2008 Sierra Nevada Early Spring Beer is a red copper color with a nice copper head. The aroma is very light with some hops and a bit of citrus. The flavor is more complex with hops, citrus and a nice grassy undertone. This is truly a spring beer.
