Commercial Description:
Our ESB blends the best of English tradition with the boldness of West Coast style. A blend of malts featuring British-grown Maris Otter is balanced with the earthy spiciness of hand-selected English and US hops. The ale is left unfiltered which enhances mouthfeel and hop aroma creating a slightly reddish copper hue.

Slightly hazy amber with lasting off-white head. Aroma of malts, spice and some hops. Flavor has a nice bready malt with a little caramel, peppery spice and a bitter hop finish. Very well balanced and very good for this style. Delicious and drinkable.

12oz. bottle. Aroma of apples along with some bittering hops. Dark gold body with off white creamy head that stayed on top of body till finish. Good lacing left on the glass. Moderate bitterness along with the sticky apple fruit for flavor. Little dry aftertaste left on palate but a decent beer.

Slightly off-white head with an unfiltered looking copper/amber color. Bready and hoppy aroma. Flowery hops with some fruitiness. Malty undertones and a slightly bitter taste. Not a bad session beer methinks.

Draught. Aroma was a bit spicy and the flavor was lightly hoppy, other than that it was just all in all bland. nothing special.

clear light amber/dark golden body with a nice white head that settles into a thin film and leaves decent lacing. solid toasty biscuit bread like malt aroma with just a touch of bright citrus notes rounding things out. bitter bread toasty flavor with a bit of caramel sweetness and citrus bite. bitter dry toasty bread finish. finish a bit unbalanced needs just a touch more sweetness. medium body. overall a decent esb.
