The aroma was dryish, spicy and had a moderate floral hop note. The flavor was dryish, bitter and had moderate fruity and floral hops. There was only a light malt undertone and the hops really dominated. Faintly harsh. IrishBoy (2712), Bakersfield, California, USA

| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Mar 30, 2008 This bottle was skunked so perhaps the rating will change with subsequent tastings. Purs an orange-amber with airy tangerine cream foam head. Mix of hops light malt and skunkiness in the aroma with a skunked hop flavor that dissipates into a cleaner, easier hop bitternesss. | 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 30, 2008 Draught at the Seabreeze in Rio Del Mar. Amber-brown in color with a fluffy head. The aroma has earthy malts and grass. the flavor is the same maltiness and the hops give a woody dryness to it. Similar flavor hints of their pale ale, but drier and a little hoppier, with the english hop influence. DeadGuyFrank (347), http://westchesterbeer.com, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 1/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 30, 2008 A highly forgettable brew from the folks at Sieera Nevada. Not much bitterness, not much overall flavor....hard to taste the English inspiration, as the commercial description states. Kevin (1918), Colorado, USA
