Apr 30, 2009 Dark amber orange brown color fluffy head fades fast. Aroma of biscuits, caramel and some english bitter hops. Taste is a bit earthy and sweet with some hops to round it out. Drinkable but not my favorite SN.

Apr 28, 2009 Nice Bright orangish copper pour, with foamy head that leaves nice lacing on glass. Nice earthy aroma, with malts, barley, hops and pines all there. Taste is same, wonderful bitterness stays on tongue but not overpowering. Def reminds me of spring, very good.

Pours a reddish color body, clear, with a small creamy off-white head, diminished. Aroma of British bitter, maltiness. Some nuttiness. Some British hoppiness too. Malty nutty biter taste, pretty tasty. Some English malty taste to it too.

Apr 26, 2009 Has a nice copper tinge with an ample buttermilk colored head. Has a faint aroma of pine, citrus, and hops. The flavor is of mild citrus and hops, and is lightly sweet.

Apr 25, 2009 Verre de 20 oz, au Yard House de Honolulu. Arômes de malt anglais et de houblon floral. Robe ambrée, peu de mousse et effervescence fine. Bien maltée et ronde en bouche, le malt anglais légèrement sucré est accompagné d’une touche de houblon floral et citronné. Finale moyennement amère. Très bien équilibrée.

Apr 21, 2009 Clear amber pour with a moderate off-white head. A little hoppy, spicy, and a little malt. Fairly effervescent and bitter taste. A nice ESB.

Apr 20, 2009 Poured an extremely Frothy/Rocky Beige Head which left a beautiful Orange Amber Rusty looking Nectar in the Shaker Glass (Sorry my last Pint Glass fell on tile- my bad). Typical SN Aroma- Malts balanced by Fresh Hops with nice fizz sensation. Wonderful citrus notes and very refreshing. Hints of Grapefruit certainly ala SNPA. This is a very inobtrusive Bitter that lends it self well for just swilling by the lake or maybe accompanying Foods that need a bitter balance. Cheers!
