| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Nov 2, 2009 Dark amber pour with a moderate off-white head. Hoppy and sweet aroma. Flavor is big hops, smooth a little sweet and hint of citrus. Good but not as good as the regular harvest ale. Go figure. KnN (744), Greenbelt, Maryland, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 1, 2009 Pretty straight forward IPA. Pours a red to amber color with a thin off white head. Aroma is pretty grassy, with a touch of citrus and some light malt notes. Flavor is very similar. Not a bad IPA by any stretch. gracefullypunk (324), Washington, USA

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 31, 2009 24 oz bottle. Pours a clear reddish amber with a beige frothy head. Aroma of pine resin, lemon and hay. The flavor is bitter and sweet, a very light alcohol taste and a long bitter finish. Medium body with average carbonation and a syrupy dry mouth feel. Not a bad IPA, but for the price ($10 per bottle), there are countless other IPA’s I would rather have. phaleslu (545), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA

Pours clear copper color with an average-sized beige head that laces the glass. Piney hop aroma, with toffee, herbal, floral and grass notes, and alcohol. Hoppy flavor, with caramel malts, toffee, grass, and alcohol. Light bodied, with a sticky mouthfeel, good balance and bitterness, a general earthiness, and a dry, bitter finish. j12601 (1312), Poughkeepsie, New York, USA

On tap for growler fills at Half-Time. Pours a hazy orange brown with a thick yellowed beige head. Nice citrus and earthy pine aromas. A bit thin and watery. Nice long grapefruit bitterness on the finish.

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Oct 31, 2009 Pours a very pretty deep autumn gold, with a fine white lacing around the glass. Aromas are rich and woodsy, but there is also a light, sweet smell of raisin bread. Light palate, fresh, wet hop has a grapefruit and pine profile. Light finish with high sticky pine sap. Medium weight. Obvious that this beer is lovingly made, if also one of the priciest IPA’s out there. joeyplush (337), Garnet Valley, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Oct 30, 2009 Another excellent Sierra Nevada offering. Beautiful clear dark amber pour with a robust head and extremely strong lacing. Aroma has a ton of fresh pine hops. Flavor is extremely smooth, balanced with caramel malt and a hoppy finish. This beer has the full robust flavor similar to other Sierra Nevada varieties but with a unique well balanced character,
