| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 16/20 | Oct 11, 2009 24oz bottle: Pours a clear copper, orange color with a thin persistent white head and nice lacing, nose runs the whole way from grassy to piney, while stopping at citrus along the way. Starts and ends fairly bitter, with a long bitter aftertaste with some bubblegum. Medium bodied, with subtle carbonation that is silky yet oily.

| 4.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 10/10 | 5/5 | 17/20 | Nov 28, 2009 Wonderful appearance, but not much in the aroma unfortunately. This is a good beer. Certainly hoppy up front, a bit of fruitiness in the middle. The only real complaint on this beer is that it’s overpriced compared to their other beers, which are almost as excellent but much more affordable. GuilTTy (538), Cherry Hill, New Jersey, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Nov 28, 2009 Bomber from Canals in Pennsauken, NJ. Clear bright copper under a medium dusky beige head with fairly heavy lacing. Straighforward West Coast hop bomb aromas if fresh pine and ruby red grapefruit. Plenty of citrus with compliments of milk chocolate, vanilla and a touch of white pepper strapped atop a rich caramel malt backbone. Silky texture and mostly dry bitter finish. An assertive and well balanced IPA. oldno7 (137), Spokane, Washington, USA

| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Nov 21, 2009 Fresh piney citrus hopping in aroma,as would be expected in any S.N. Hop brew, flavor is unusual, the hoppiness does come through, but the malting has almost more of a grain taste then a caramel, that coupled with the slightly thinner body, leaves me with the impression that I’m drinking a czech pilsner with American Hops.Different ,rewarding satisfying, pricey to be sure even though we heard they are still losing money at that price djd07 (733), Houston, Texas, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Nov 20, 2009 Bottle as shown. Pours a clear copper amber with a medium frothy off white head that lasts while leaving good sticky lacing along the glass. The aroma is a strong pine and floral hops. Thin mouthfeel wtih a smooth pine hop flavor with floral and grapefruit. Easy to drink hiding the alcohol well with a nice dry finish. A very good IPA from Sierra Nevada.
