Commercial Description:
Our Harvest Ale was the first American beer ever brewed with 100% fresh picked, "wet hops." In just one day, we harvest hops in Yakima, WA, ship them that night to our brewery in Chico, CA, and then rush them into the brew kettle as they are unloaded at dawn the next day.

This extraordinary effort creates a beer with unmatched aromatics of pine and citrus with layers of spicey sweet notes that hop fanatic like us dream of all year. Enjoy!

Nice copper pour with a pretty big white head. Lots of hop aroma... pine, citrus and floral. Mouthfeel is full and resinous. Hop flavors abound, with a nice sticky-sweet malt backbone. Really a brew that showcases hops but isn’t overwhelming and is quite drinkable for a bit high abv.

24 oz. Bottle of 13th release. Pours clear bright orange with a frothy and bubbly head; great lacing on the glass. Earthy pine dominates the aroma with some vanilla, bread and a touch of lemon. A bit of a sweet jasmine tea flavor then a very clean bitter finish. A little bit of horse barn on the finish. Decent carb and nice body.

Bomber. Very lively in pour with a clear amber color with a thick creamy head that stays. The head is off white. Aroma is grassy and citrusy. Flavor is sweet hoppy with some fruit bitter throughout. Finish lingers bitter sweet and long. Alcohol very well hidden. Tight, straight forward, refreshing, and evenly balanced with malt depth in backdrop.
