Tastes a little like simple sugar. Watery tasting with the alcohol completly hidden. No smell, and not very bitter. Could drink a lot of this one though.

On tap at Bistro DIPA Fest poured a clear amber with a lasting ivory head. Aromas of carmel, earthiness, pine, cattiness and light citrus. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of carmel, earthiness and light pine with a smooth lightly bitter finish.

Draft at Bistro IIPA fest. Dark amber pour with off white head. Aroma is similar hop profile as other SN beers with somewhat more bready malt. Flavor is the same.

Caramel and grapefruit nose, slight toast. Medium body, deep amber color. Rather malty in the flavor balance, low hop complexity, caramel and grapefruit. Finishes slightly full and sweet

Strong sweet caramel aroma, which does not align with the taste. Thin with bitterness and sweetness in the aftertaste. A bit odd, but enjoyable. Kinda tastes like S.N. Pale Ale but with different hops. Maybe that is the Secret.
