Commercial Description:
Brewed using a blend of English malts. Magnum hops are used for the early hop addition, with Goldings for finishing and dry hopping. A very flavorful and hoppy ale.

Faint hoppy nose on this dark brown pour. Not a lot of head and a disappointing amount of hop character the body.

Københavnske Øldage 07. Bottle. Warm golden and a huge, creamy head. The aroma has notes of fruits and citrus. The flavour is slightly sweet, has notes of caramel and piny citrus and it’s quite harmonic and rather dry - but I would have preferred a different chose of hops, more clean and distinct. 2156

Pours a five+ finger off-white head that slowly fades to a thin layer leaving some lace. Nice crystal clear amber color. Light carbonation and medium bodied. Hoppy nose. Flavor is sweet and hoppy with hoppy finish and lingering bitter aftertaste. Typical IPA. $1.50 for a 12 oz bottle from Capital Convenience Concord, NH.

Bottle at Københavnske Øldage 2007. Clear amber - white head. High hoppy, resin, pine, grass, soft malty, light sweetness, grape, a bit sour-hoppy. Lasting bitter finish !!

Not very good at all. Orange color. Light, bitter hop aroma. Weak hop flavor and a dry finish. They are attempting to appeal to a wide market I suspect, and sacrificing quality to do it.

Coppery, head diminishes to a thin film. Strong initial flavor that stays hoppy through the finish. Nice shot of citrus for the day.

pours a clear orange copper with a nice one finger fluffy off white head. aroma is malt, hops, and a little orange and caramel. has a medium body with descent lacing and carbonation. flavor is hops and a little malt with some pine and orange peel. has a nice dry hop aftertaste and a little bite like pepper at the end. light on the aroma but not too bad on the taste not bad of an ipa just expected more. also has a little bit of sediment and some grain flavor and aroma as it warms.
