Aroma of molasses, herbs, pine, broth, and bubble gum. The body is medium, texture alcoholic, soft carbonation and finishes bitter. The flavor’l duration is long, being lighlty sweet and acidic and moderately bitter. Another quality (and fairly priced) beer from Sierra Nevada! shrubber85 (2984), Wallhalben, Germany

| 4.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 5/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 19/20 | Dec 20, 2009 This could very well be my favorite hefeweizen I’ve ever had. Pours a golden haze into the glass with a white head. Lots of notes of clove and banana on this one. Nice crisp flavor with bread/bakery feel to it. Finish is very refreshing. Fantastic hefe. Definitely give this one a try. jimmythechippy (27), , Australia

A very decent waiss, bananas, fine body, but, on the other ahnd it is not a very exciting style. But the Kelelr part of it lifts the beer, some funky barnyard lifts the beer quite a bit. Silphium (2144), Haslett, Michigan, USA

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 17, 2009 Pours a cloudy yellow gold with white pillowy head. Aroma is mostly cloves with a bit of banana, wheat, and grass. Taste is dry with a light tartness; flavors of bread and lemony citrus with very mild banana and clove presence. Light-medium body with a silky mouthfeel and prickly carbonation. I was expecting something more richly flavored but it’s not bad. Certainly very refreshing.
