Aug 6, 2009 Bottle 35,5 cl. Hazy and opaque yellow with a dense, off-white head. Very sweet banana and yeast in the nose. Medium body, sweet banana and yeast again - no real tartness or phenols. A mild, smooth and pleasant Hefe, but I’m not sure I understand what all the fuss is about. 100709

Sep 27, 2009 Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival. Cloudy golden, no head. Some bubblegum and banana esters. Sweet with fairly clean mouthfeel, notes of glue, slight fruityness. The clean mouthfeel makes it a bit sterile. To style, but falling within the lower end of the spectre.

Oct 15, 2009 Bottled@SBWF2009. Hazy pale orange colour, small white head. Aroma is wheat, herbs, spices and quite fruity as well. Mild bananaish notes. Flavour is quite much the same. Rather nice Hefeweizen which isn’t too sweet.

Jul 5, 2009 (2nd Shenandoah Throwdown, 12oz bottle, thanks wickedpete) Small but persistent creamy white head atop cloudy light amber body with nice lacing. Aroma is moderately sweet, big banana, some bubblegum, clove. Taste is medium sweet, banana, clove, light lemon. Light-medium body, some creaminess, acidic crispness.
