Pours out in a clear brown colour with a low beige foam. Sweetish and clean aroma of caramel and fudge. Medium-bodied with notes of caramel and fudge with soft hoppy notes of grass. Clean and caramely finish. Not much a like an Oktoberfest IMHO: Ethereal (1500), London, Greater London, England

| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Oct 7, 2008 Sweet with cherry flavor that fades into oak-ey alcohol maltiness. Great color and wonderful malt. Visually awesome burnt red when you hold it to the light. The malt really shines in this one, a wonderful Oktoberfest. Svesse (2680), Hässelby, Sweden
