Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is a delightful example of the classic pale ale style. It has a deep amber color and a exceptionally full-bodied, complex character. The fragrant bouquet and spicy flavor are the results of the generous use of the best Cascade hops.<P> Bottle Conditioned.

Nasty, fishy, dishwatery. This tasted great before I knew beer, now it’s just hard to stomach. Sorry SN.

Well balanced brew. Yeasty nose, with a good kick of hops. It’s drinkable, enjoyable pale yet flavorful.

This is definitely one of my favorite beers. It’s widely available, which is great. And it’s all around a great pale ale. It has just the right amount of hops, which isn’t too overwhelming. Too many pale ale’s these days have you wondering if it’s actually an IPA. But this is a true pale ale and I’ll never stop buying it, this is a great buy!

This widely available beer is a great buy, when you cannot find your favorite micro brew. This beer is smooth, bitter, and crisp. Not a huge nose, but plenty of backbone.

One of the best beers that is VERY commonly available. A great basic beer, like a more concentrated Bud with a noticeable amount of decent hop flavor.

Amber, clear, in color. Delicious slight bitterness, goes down smooth. Very drinkable.

Bottle. Pours a clear amber with a small white head. Aroma was hoppy with piney resin, citrus, floral and some grapefruit. Flavor was nicely hopped and slightly malty with pine, grass, citrus, grapefruit and has some light caramel with a medium body and has a dry and bitter finish.

35.5cl bottle from Systembolaget. Best before 2009-09-08. It poured a golden colour with a huge white foamy head that settled down fast in the glass leaving about a centimeter roof of foam. The aroma is hoppy with notes of spices and some citrus. The flavour is also hoppy with notes of citrus, spices and some grapefruit. It has a long, lingering aftertaste. It looked like a regular lager at first, but the aroma and flavour is miles ahead of any lager. It might be a bit too hoppy for some, but I like it. I will definately have to buy more bottles of this beer.
