Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is a delightful example of the classic pale ale style. It has a deep amber color and a exceptionally full-bodied, complex character. The fragrant bouquet and spicy flavor are the results of the generous use of the best Cascade hops.<P> Bottle Conditioned.

Bottle. Pours dark amber color with creamy light-tan color head. Aroma: very hoppy. Good carbonation. Biting flavor, with a strong bitter aftertaste.

thank you all for being here on this beautiful day to witness the holy matrimony of hops and malt. living in full balance of one another, there is a reason this couple has been so successful for so many years, and shall continue to be so forever more. color is golden straw with perfec frothy head. aroma is of perfectly balanced cereal with light hops. flavor is of light pine and very subtle fruits.....that is interspersed with tantalizingly sweet malt. palate is moderately wet and lingering. the definition of a session beer.

Sierra Nevada Pale Ale poured clear and golden from the bottle. The head was dense with lots of lacing on the glass. Crisp flavor similar to a lager with some citrus. Nice carbonation helps to assert itself in ways that its mild recipe might not without it.

Orangeish color, white head with medium lacing. Aroma of light hops and malt, and some yeast. Flavor has citrus hops and sweet malt.

12 oz bottle. Pours a clear and see through, light orange-gold body with a dense, white, finger-width head that dissipated slowly and remained very lacy. Pretty impressive looking for a bottle pour and definitely lighter in color than the draft. Aroma is mostly pale malts with some weak floral-citrus hops. Similar to the draft IMO. Flavor is just a tad better than the draft version as well. Initially a full, sweet pale malt and the balancing hop bitterness grows throughout the sip similar to the draft version. Slightly more of a spicy bitterness than the draft which is nice. Palate is medium to full, creamy, and soft. Overall, this is very similar to the draft version and its really hard to tell any difference at all. The only difference I can immediately notice is the hint of extra bitterness in the bottle version, which puts my rating of this just over the draft version.

Bottle. Pours a darker amber color with a little white head. Leaves some lacing on the side of the class. Smell is weaker hops and grassy notes. Very well balanced beer with a little hop taste. Great decent drinkable beer.
