Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is a delightful example of the classic pale ale style. It has a deep amber color and a exceptionally full-bodied, complex character. The fragrant bouquet and spicy flavor are the results of the generous use of the best Cascade hops.<P> Bottle Conditioned.

A great ale with lots going on within. Super hoppy finish but the other initial flavors give it the balance to be so. Not a passive, easy drinking beer to me, but an interactive experience with every sip. Goes great with heavy foods and I love that I can get it just about anywhere. Not the most sophisticated thing I’ve had, but certainly the most common thing in my fridge.

Pours light amber. Clear with some yeast settling in the bottom. Weak nose which is mostly floral, unmalted and slightly hoppy. The taste is slight citric, malty and bitter. Taste a little bit laggery. Ok B

Pours a clear amber color with a thick white head. Aroma is hoppy and citrusy. Light in flavor with some small bit of bitterness. Nice finish with some spiciness. Nice beer.

Finally rating this one! Aroma of floral hops, some spicy note, crisp, pale malts, somewhere between cookie and french bread (where did I come up with that?). Flavor remains nicely balanced between the hops and the malt. Perhaps just a touch astringent. Didnt bother me too much though, so for now I’ll still call it nice stuff.

Clear amber and carbonated, tiny head. Mild hoppy notes of cirus. Spices and caramel develops in mouth. Flavour is sweet with a mild bitter finish.

Bottle. Orange colour. Thick foam. Nice hoppy aroma with caramel. Refreshing taste. Small hop bitterness. Grape. Caramel. Well balanced. In my taste this brew has a little too much carbonation. Nice APA although.

350 ml bottle. Finland. Great APA. Very tempting hoppy fruity aroma. Complex fruity flavour. I like this a lot!
