Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is a delightful example of the classic pale ale style. It has a deep amber color and a exceptionally full-bodied, complex character. The fragrant bouquet and spicy flavor are the results of the generous use of the best Cascade hops.<P> Bottle Conditioned.

Smelled of citrus and had a small white head. Very hoppy and a pretty spicy taste. Overall, one of my favorites.

12oz bottle. Pours a deep copper with a huge white head. Aroma is citrusy, somewhat piney hops. Flavor is all hop up front with a nice malt balance on the finish. Solid session beer and usually the go-to at a bar that doesn’t have much craft beer.

Pours amber into a shaker. Fluffy beige head with excellent retention. Citrus and resin aromas. Crisp and dry with slightly sour citrus from front to back.

One of my top three commercially brewed beers. This is one beer I don’t think I could ever get tired of. Its hoppy enough to satify, bitter enough to make my buds shy away, maltly enough to feel like I’m drinking a small meal. It’s the beer I try to model when brewing my own at home.

(A gazillion of these consumed in my lifetime.) The staple. SN Pale Ale is an American classic. A very solid pale, and just hoppy enough to satisfy a hop-head urge without piling on the hops. I will go a long time without having one of these, but will always go back. If you’re looking for a 12 of a good microbrew for either the pantry or to bring to a party, SN Pale Ale is a Cascade shoe-in.

clear orange color, white head, lacing that measures every sip you take. aroma of malts and citrus hops. flavor is creamy, bitter citrus hops with malty notes. medium bodied, medium bitter finish. very enjoyable. one of my first introductions to pale ales when i started to drift away from the macros.
