Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is a delightful example of the classic pale ale style. It has a deep amber color and a exceptionally full-bodied, complex character. The fragrant bouquet and spicy flavor are the results of the generous use of the best Cascade hops.<P> Bottle Conditioned.

Pours a light slightly hazy copper with a medium white head. Caramel aroma backed by a medium orange zest citrus hop. Flavour is firm malt body balanced by a nice bitterness. Great drinker. Nothing fancy but certainly a solid quality APA.

This is my go to beer when it comes to shopping at local grocery stores around town. it is just solid, always. pours an amber red color with a nice puffy head that dissipates slowly. tastes of strong cascade hops and fruity goodness. will purchase again and again.

Pours a brownish orange with a nice white head. Aroma of malt, hops, caramel. Flavor is malt, hops, citrus. I prefer more hops in my IPA than this, but SNPA is still a staple in my diet, especially when there are no better beers available.

This is one of my favorite beers. Malty, hoppy but not IPA hoppy, goes down smooth, overall an excellent beer.

Poured my bottle into my favorite pint glass. Loved the bottle conditioning bits of yeast still floating around. Sign of a real beer. Color is richer than just amber, but not quite copper. Almost bronze. Pours a nice eggshell colored head. Head dissipates slowly and leaves interesting lacing on the glass. The natural carbonation gives champaigne bubbles that keep a nice thin protein head on the top. The nose is sweet malts with a hint of herb, not quite fruit. The taste...ah, the taste! Very good representation of American Pale Ale. This is a tasty, sweet herb beer on the tongue, and a nice finish of bitters that make you want another sip, then another, then... Good Job, again, from the Sierra Nevada team. Try the seasonal Summerfest!!! My good friend describes it as simply "Yummy".

I concur with McGarnigle before me, a classic in every sense. Easy drinking & flavorful. One to always have on hand.

Not much more to be said about this one. Nicely balanced, not too bitter. Doesn’t try to be an IPA. Easy drinking. Crisp. Holds up well with food and is omnipresent.
