Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is a delightful example of the classic pale ale style. It has a deep amber color and a exceptionally full-bodied, complex character. The fragrant bouquet and spicy flavor are the results of the generous use of the best Cascade hops.<P> Bottle Conditioned.

A classic american pale ale. Pours a nice amber color. smells of pine and citrus, and light malt. The taste is light malt and nice hoppy finish. Great beer. Classic

Surprised to see I hadn’t rated this. 12oz bottle from a 12 pack. Clear gold pour with a finger off-white head and some stick. Discernible tight bubbles of carbonation within. Light grass hops and earthy malts in the aroma. Caramel malt taste backed up with citrus hops. The light bitterness in the finish has a soapy quality to it. Gone to the well many times for this one - gets an extra point for nostalgia’s sake.

This beer keeps getting better as the brewery ages and the vats become seasoned like a good cast iron skillet. I’ll drink this one in a pinch. Especially when you go to some crappy bar that only serves Bud and Miller.

From bottle pours a tan brown, moderate carbonation with a small white head. Aroma of grass / pine. Can taste a nice pine hoppiness. Light to medium body. Good every day beer, and just about my favorite bottled pale ale

Pours amber with no head. Light and bitter fruity aroma. Flavour is very fresh and sour with some citric fruits and lots of hops in the finish.

En amerikansk pale ale som bekrefter det faktum att amerikanerne lager godt øl (så hvorfor envises andre mennesker med å drikke skvip som Bud og Miller?). Denne alen er fruktig, velbalansert og veldig lettdrukket.

Not bad, a little shock when it hits your tongue, but a pleasant swallow and aftertaste. A feel good beer.
