This version has slightly less alcohol, bitterness and slightly more color than the bottled version. The hop varieties and malts used are the same.

It doesnt suck. I thought it to be only a little above average for a pale ale. If my choices were this or Bass, I’d take the Bass. A little too much hop for my tastes and a very bitter aftertaste. I was drinking this with a plate of nachos at the bar and decided to get something else for my 2nd round.

Fair hop aroma. Deep amber color with a white head. Although minimal, the head does remain throughout. Tastes of esters and has a bitter bite at the end from either the hops or the draft carbonation. Malt isn’t very pronounced here. Overall drinkable pale ale without much complexity or individuality. I would have also like a little more in the hop department.

Another refreshing beer from this brewery, I enjoyed it in a bar in San Fran while we learnt about the art of tipping. Not much nose to speak of but had a good citrus hop flavour.

I like this a little better than the bottled version. Still has the same qualities, just a tad bit more tasty.

Pours slightly darker then the bottled version and has less hop aroma and flavor as well. I perfer the bottled version, but still a great beer in itself.

I didnt notice too much difference from this than the bottle. I did notice the lack of bitterness that i was expecting when i ordered this. I thought they might have changed the receipe and it appears they have. Ill stick to the bottle.

this is actually a better beer in draft since it becomes fresher and cleaner. don’t know if the shelf life affects the bottle

Draft. well obviously. light aroma. pours nice golden. nice flavors at first but thought it followed pretty harsh and dry. haven’t liked most of the nevada’s though.
