Fine head of much supporter head with beautiful brown/orange color lightly loaded. Fresh and a lot sweetish aroma with detached notes of dampen wood and humid malt. Fresh and flowery taste with a most pleasant bitter on the end. Discreet alcoholic perception and a lot extended final. haukur (684), Reykjavik, Iceland

A light golden ale color with a nice nead. This had a nice malt aroma with very little hops or other characters. I liked htis beer as a hot weather had a hard day beer. Finished crisp and with very little flavor. A good session and light beer. Floback (335), Naples, Florida, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Aug 22, 2007 My 90th rating!! On draft at The Pewter Mug. Color is orange/amber with 2 cm. of off-white head that reduces to a clumpy layer of froth. The aroma consists of hops, a light flower bouquet, and not much else. Tastes include more piney hops, resinated tree-bark, some citrusy light fruit, apricot, and wheat in the finish. High carbonation and full-bodied. Very brisk and refreshing. A good session brew. illinismitty (1799), Nashville, Tennessee, USA

Aroma of cascade hops and fruity ale esters. I found the bottle and draft version very close, but the draft tends to be more consistent, probably due to the freshness and handling of kegs vs bottles. One of my old standbys, this is a nice balanced blend of caramel malt and moderately bitter hops, with a subtle touch of citrus mid palate. Smooth finish. Classic beer. Malt and hops blend for a smooth flavor, kind of bready, but finishes with a sweet, almost medicine like aftertaste. I like draft better.
Very strong hops. Beautiful color. One of my favorite "common" beers here in California. leaparsons (4749), Leicester, Leicestershire, England
