If every one on tap is the same as this "Draft" thing then I guess I’ve had this one. I always thought it was better on tap. Less of a grassy taste and more potent hops. | 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jan 5, 2006 Pours a medium amber with a white bubbly head. Nice bitterness but finished with a really funky metallic flat taste. I thought the keg might be old, but I doubt it because it was the monthly special at the pub. peter (385), Dallas, Texas, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jan 1, 2006 Amber colors and a quickly fading head. Subtle aroma, but very wondeful. A lively carbonation is folowed with a thin bit of bitterness. All the correct flavours are here, the volume just needs to be turned up. alobar (1017), Harleysville, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 31, 2005 Clear amber color. Next to no head. Some aroma of hops, but mild. Taste was well-balanced with a fine hops aftertaste. However, this was weak for a Pale Ale. I didn’t enjoy it as much as I thought I would. chilehead (186), Laguna Niguel, California, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Dec 30, 2005 Had this on draught two night ago at the Gypsy Den in Santa Ana. Hard for me to give this a decent rating as it’s just not my style of beer. Too wimpy, not hoppy enough, just kinda eh, and not really worth the calories :-) patrick767 (2033), fort wayne, Indiana, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Dec 27, 2005 Poured with a thin but long lasting head with some nice lacing. Hoppy aroma and taste, the characteristic pale ale bitterness is nicely balanced with a dry finish. Sierra Nevada is always a good choice and one of the better widely available brews. thedm (3836), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 5/5 | 15/20 | Dec 25, 2005 This draft brew poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized long lasting white colored bubbles an excellent sheet lacing. The body contained soft carbonation, was transparent and orange in color. Its aroma contained notes of mild caramel malt medium hops. Its mouth feel is initially tingly with a lingering tingly hoppy palate and aftertaste. Its flavor contained hoppy notes. An excellent session ale that is widely available. It is very good to sit and drink on almost any occaision including mowing the lawn. I have come to enjoy this brew in the average restaurant or bar when no other decent brew is available and this is the best there is. Birdiebeagle (788), Perkasie, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Dec 18, 2005 draft Pours a dark golden orange with a good head. Sweet citrus aroma. Taste is a little thin for me. Kind of watery. Not as bitter as I’d like, Not a bad beer though
