Cask at GBBF08. Very nice grassy hop aroma. Clear copper colour, small frothy head. The flavour is also nicely hoppy, grassy and slightly caramelly with a little hop bite in the finish. 8 3 7 3 16 altkencru (143), USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Nov 2, 2005 Perhaps one of the greatest differences between the bottled version and this one for me is that this is a much more one dimensional beer. This is a very palatable hop juice. Nothing too strong but nothing too light either. The malts don’t really jump out but they are certainly in there. The flavors really meld well and it is a well crafted beer but it lacks the kick of the bottled version.
