| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Oct 31, 2005 Pours a copper color with very little head but decent lacing. Floral hoppy aroma with some notes of pine and citrus. Well balanced flavor has nice hops bitterness and an oak character. Slightly sweet malts leaves a light taste of caramel. Medium body and finishes dry with lingering floral hops on the palate. Goes great with most types of American food. awebster (165), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA
| 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Oct 30, 2005 Good, drinkable beer. Good body, nose and dry finish. Good quality beer. There’s an appetizing bitterness to the beer, it’s good to have before a meal. axilla (962), New Providence, Pennsylvania, USA

An good pale ale, in the class of Sam Adams and Saranac PA. Very tasty and easy to drink, if you like this type of beer. dontfakedafunk (1), Amherst, Massachusetts, USA does not count | 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Oct 10, 2005 Sierra is a very refreshing but not wholly aromatic with medium body and hoppiness. | 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Oct 9, 2005 draft (of course) Pours amber with a medium white head with good lacing, pick up scents of white bread and a light hop. First taste is a medium hop APA with a touch of citrus (orange) balanced by a slight malt sweetness. Clean finish hoppy yet sweet. Very refreshing and a goood example of an APA.
