Not nearly as tasty as the bottled version. Needs more booze, more booze I say!

Great meal pairing for a cusine of brisket, ribs, beans, mashed potatoes and other western frontier fare. Nice hop aroma and citrus bite with a great lightly sweet malt backbone.

On tap, pours a clear darkish yellow with a nice creamy tap white head. Aroma is hoppy, citrusy, sweet malts. The biggest difference from the bottled version to me is that this one is crisper, probably from more sweetness and less bittering hops, but the flavors are still almost identical, spicy notes, citrus and floral hops over a nice pale malt body. Nice dry finish.

On tap @ SFO airport. Pours a clear amber color with a fluffy white head. Mildly hoppy aroma, somewhat floral, clean. Touch of spiciness in the body, doesn’t seem to have same hoppiness as bottled version, but does finish extra dry. A standard.

Tap. Clear amber color, no head. Aroma of hop, some malt. Decent bitterness in taste. Pretty good.

Porter House London. Was dissappointed with this. Not as hoppy and grassy as i have tasted before. Lacks fresh cirtusey bittering hops which i enjoy most about a good IPA.

Pours a bit darker than expected, looks wonderful. Smells hoppy with hints of citrus fruit. Taste is malty, very citrusy, crisp, incredibly easy to drink. This gets me excited for Sierra Nevada’s IPA. Really complete, excellent tasting beer that’s unbelievably easy to drink. A-level beer. Didn’t notice too much of a difference from the bottle, to be honest.
