Golden colour with a light sparkle. Big, clean bready malt aroma. Full body, light toastiness and more big bready flavours. Long and very well-balanced. A rival to Hofbrauhaus Maibock.

This one is courtesy of my bud Celogan who freshly moved to CA. Nice light amber color, small white head that had a decent hangtime then faded to leave a small but decent lace.Malty sweet aroma with a nice mild hop presence and slight lemon hint to go along with a mild cereal like character.Nice light malty flavor with a decent cereal and hop presence, mildly lemony with a fairly better hop showing as the brew warms up.It's fairly decently balanced betweeen the cereal flavor and the hops and the nice light mix of hops and lemon seem to go nicely with this brew.Is it a good Rep. for a bock, hard to say,Maybe, but over all it's a very nice brew that i believe i could sit and drink all summer long if it were available in thise area. Many Thanks to Celogan for sending this local my way.

Aged rating to go with the one tie-dye T I have. think I have a total of three Pale Boch T's. Wavered on my opinion when first tasting it, but it became a seasonal favorite. Being lagered it was (is) so different from the other Sierra beers. Light, but full bodied and great bitterness with pleasant, long finish. Even when I could get it things were a pain due to the limited distribution. Always wonder if ever again I'll taste it outside my memory.

This is another great SN offering, but it can vary considerably from year-to-year. This past year (and the last couple) have been much better with assertive mid-malt (bready, rich) along with a strong noble hop presence for balance. Very much like a maibock from Germany in many respects. The main detractor is sulfur in the aroma (quickly dissipates).
