Bottle. Dark brown color with a creamy foam. Roasted tones and some chocolate in the aroma. Coffee, roasted malt, nuts and chocolate in taste. Some sweetness was there, too. The body was medium. Smooth and a nice porter.

Large light brown head, dark brown body with a reddish hue. Aroma of roasted malts, nuts, and hops. Possible light anise. Flavor of light hops on a silky porter body. Body seems thin, but malty. Pleasant finish of roasted malts. An incredibly easy to drink porter with great, fresh flavor. Refreshing to taste such a flavorful porter that doesn’t weigh your mouth down. Lively!

Bottle. Dark brown pour with a frothy, two finger wide tan head. Bitter, roasty aroma with some hints of cocoa. Roasted malt flavor with some dark chocolate and coffee in the finish. Watery texture with lively carbonation. A little thin but very smooth and easy drinking.

Light malt aroma, smooth chocolaty mouthfeel, slight hop finish (though I could always use more). A great example of a classic porter, easily drinkable!

Had this beer from a bottle. Pours dark, and has a good chocolate-like flavor to it.
