pours very dark brown with ruby highlights and a medium tan head. Aroma is very nice roast malt, some woody hop. Firm roast malt body, nice roasted flavour. some chocolate tones. lingering burnt bitterness that is not unpleasant.

Good porter from a great brewery. Roasty upfront flavor with some malt and earthy tastes. Some hops and bitterness in the finish.

On tap- Flying Saucer Cordova A beautiful black pour. Rich and satisfying with an excellent hops bouquet.

Oct.12 on tap had on tap at Aces and Ales. poured a nice dark color. smells of malt, and light hops. taste of malts,vanilla, and some hops at the finish. Overall a nice porter.

12oz bottle. Pours a clear brown with a huge tan head. Malty nose with chocolate and dark fruits. Malty and chocolatey flavor with caramel and dark fruit and a bitter coffee finish.

33cl bottle, dark brown. Almost pitch-black colour, medium, creamy offwhite head. Generous lacing. Milk chocolate, vanilla notes, some roasted malt - but basically sweet. Medium carbonation, creamy mouth feel. Caramel and coffee notes will vye for your attention taste-wise. Bitter chocolate finish, lingering coffee-ish after taste. a smooth, rounded, well-balanced medium-bodied porter - agrreably, not too chocolaty. Good beer!

This porter is more on the medium side, as the description implies, but still enjoyable. Has aromas of chocolate and malts. Smooth and tasty, but I’ve had better.

Dark brown colored brew. Malty aroma. Flavor is malty, chocolate, roasted malts, some fuits. Overall a nice session porter.
