This porter is more on the medium side, as the description implies, but still enjoyable. Has aromas of chocolate and malts. Smooth and tasty, but I’ve had better.

Really enjoyable brew. Dark black/reddish tinted color with a small tan head. No lacing though. Smell is of malt, hops, caramel, and unsweetened chocolate. Taste was of roasted coffee, toffee, sweet malt, and bitter cocoa. Very nice beer and will drink plenty more when I get the chance to get more.

35cl bottle. Dark mahogany colour with a thick beige foamy head. Roasty malty aroma with notes of chocolate, liquorice and slightly fruity and zesty aroma hops. Sweet and moderately bitter flavour, medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Well balanced roasty malty and slightly fruity hoppy taste with notes of chocolate and liquorice; sweet and slightly roasty and hop-bitter finish. Not very complex but easy-going and very likeable Porter. 06.X.09

12 oz bottle. Pours a dark brown with a nice fluffy light tan head. Has the typical roasted hop, coffee flavors that is surprising smooth. An overall good porter that is easy to drink and finishes with a slight hint of dark chocolate.
