Commercial Description:
This ale marks our journey to the only place on the planet where fresh hops are harvested in our spring, the Southern Hemisphere. Our task was daunting-we needed to get the hops picked, dried, flown halfway across the world and into our brew kettle in a little over a week's time. The result is a North-by-South fusion of fresh New Zealand hops blended with the finest North American malts. Its robust hop character presents an intriguing floral-citrus aroma leading to layers of fresh-hop spiciness. Enjoy!

Bottle. Pours redish amber with huge white head and good lacing. Slight chill haze. Nice earth aroma with a somewhat peculiar minty tang. The earth is almost starchy like fresh cut potatoes. Then comes a nice deep fruity aroma of apricots and orange juice. The flavor is assertively bitter up front, but balances by sweet and roasted malt and finishes with a piney and grapey bitternes.

Draft. Pours hazy amber with a creamy, tan head. Hoppy aroma, with hints of tea, pepper, wheat, barley, and malts. Full body with a crisp, tight finish. Excellent IPA.

This was a fresh tasting beer.Surprised to find this.Had nice floral hop aroma.typical orangey ipa color.Lots of hops.Quite nice, but I really consider this an IPA,which it is listed as here.Labeling makes it sound like something really special.I found this as being a good IPA.Not a really special one, just good.

Hazy golden color, smallish off-white head. Fruity, hoppy, citrus, spicy, mango, alcohol scent, some red berries. Hoppy, bitter, sweet taste. Rather big dry bitterness. Long bitter dry aftertaste. Medium to smooth mouthfeel.

Bottle (71 cl) from Systembolaget. Shady deep amber to copper, medium beige head. Caramelly malt aroma with tropical fruits, red berries, and some grassy notes. Meidum bodied, smooth carbonation. Quite dry, long bitter finish.

pours amber with nice dense white head that left decent lacing. Faint hop aroma, citrus and pine. Nice crisp hop bitterness, a bit astringent, grassy and a bit green. Malt provides just a hit of balance, this is mostly hops in the flavor and body is average. A nice clean brew, atypical using ’southern’ hops.

Bottle, thanks to my inlaws who brought it back from Montana. Pours a deep hazy orange with a medium compact golden head. Lovely floral and citrus hop aroma, some resin. Plalte is a nice balance between sweet toffee malts and big citrus, resin, and flowery hop flavours. Delicious!
