Commercial Description:
This ale marks our journey to the only place on the planet where fresh hops are harvested in our spring, the Southern Hemisphere. Our task was daunting-we needed to get the hops picked, dried, flown halfway across the world and into our brew kettle in a little over a week's time. The result is a North-by-South fusion of fresh New Zealand hops blended with the finest North American malts. Its robust hop character presents an intriguing floral-citrus aroma leading to layers of fresh-hop spiciness. Enjoy!

Sweet pleasant aroma. Well carbonated and unfiltered appearance. Tastes good but not quite as good as expected. Too salty and not quite as sweet or hoppy as it should be. Still its a good beer overall.

A nose of toffee and citrus. Taste is of toffee, citrus, grape, cucumber, apricots and butter. Bitterness is solid, but not overwhelming. A really good (but not extreme) take on the style. In a way it reminds me of both Great Divides Titan IPA and Mikkellers Simcoe IPA.

Draught at Bishops Arms, Göteborg. Orange-copper colour with steady hop induced foam. Piney hop aroma dominates here, hard to track anything else. Oily, jelly-ish mouthfeel with early bitterness that lasts long after. Grassy, bit edgy hop profile with notes of pine, caramelly sweetness, then finishing slight salty.

Aroma of citrus and toffe. A bit weak aroma. Apperance is amber with small white head. Flavor is fruity and fresh with hints of citrus and apricot. Overall a very good and frutiy beer.

Lovely hazy copper with a huge head leaving silly amounts of longlasting lazing on my shaker. Aroma is sweet honey and caramell with a toutch of grassy and tropical fruit-like hops. Flavour starts out rather sweet Sierra Nevadas "house malt profile" but ends dry and rather bitter, a bit perfumey, grassy and fruity. Body is medium and smooth with just the right amount of carbonation.

BPW #16 On tap at BW3’s in downtown Indy. Appearance is a medium deep gold with a dirty white head. Nose is faint with some earthy hops. The tongue picks up the same earthy hops. Nice carbonation. A decent IPA with some different hops then I usually get.

Big bomber into a pint glass. Huge piney fresh hop flavor and aroma. This is good stuff right from the first sniff and sip.

The beer is a cloudy ale. The flavor features citrus and caramel. The finish is dry.
