Commercial Description:
Torpedo is an assertive American IPA deep reddish-gold in color, with a smooth and bready malt presence and over-the-top hop aromas. The beer has a solid bitterness and a massive hop flavor, yet remains easy drinking with a pleasant dry finish.

Autumn leaf colored with a milky, white soapy head. Nice lace. Aroma of flowery, spicy, hops with a little malt and some alcohol. Big body, but remains quite smooth. Upfront is qiute bitter, followed by bready, pale malts. Finish is dry with spicy, hops. I really like the finish but the bitterness in the front is a bit much for the rest of the beer. Alcohol is a little too pronounced. Drinkable, but I’ll take the Harvest or Pale over this anyday.

Poured from 12 oz., goldern amber color with medium off white head. Hops and pine in the nose with a hint of citrus. Bitter taste of hops with a somewhat dry finish. On sale it is a best buy; good everday IPA!

Bottle. Clear shiny penny colored with a perfect, long lasting white head. Excellent lacing. Smell is somewhat citrusy with a heavy dose of pine. Flavor hits similarly with citrus up front, then a nice sharp pine flavor that lingers in the mouth. Leaves the mouth clean and a little burned. Excellent IPA all around.

Pours a thick, creamy mother-of-pearl head. The color is a honey-orange; heavy carbonation. Head lasts a while. The head is a thick Saturn’s-belt ring. The aroma is big, flowery and hoppy. Notes of citrus and grapefruit. The hops are sweet, with a touch of pine. The taste is herbal, earthy malt. Quickly followed by a sweet flowery hop. The taste is pine and grapefruit. Caramel malts work really well with the bitter resins. The feel is creamy and milky. A little bite on the way down. Sticky and long-lasting. A hella nice (Extra) IPA. Lots of citrus and flowery West Coast flavors.

Pours a reddish amber, with a creamy tan head . Long lasting with good lacing. Smells of big hops: pine, tobacco, licorice with toffee undertones. Taste is big with a gentle lingering bitterness. Feels thick and creamy with moderate carbonation. This is a great beer.

12oz bottle from Total Beverage. Pours hazy orange with white head. Aroma is hoppy with citrus, pine and caramel malts. Flavor is bitter hops with citrus and pine with nice amount of caramel malts. Mouthfeel is medium. Finishes bitter but there is enough malt balance things out. Easy drinker and solid IPA. For such a big brewery they do a great job with IPAs.

Bottle shared on the 4th- Clear pale amber pour with medium head. Hops and earthen yeast on the nose transfers to the palate. Citrus hops with a bitterness that dances through to the end, well blended ABV.
