This beer won’t change your religion, but it is a welcome addition to the Sierra Nevada line-up, and certainly their second best beer after Celebration.

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Dec 9, 2009 12 oz. bottle from Ludlow Wines. Pours a somewhat cloudy orange-amber that is more gold at the bottom and more amber up high. Big off-white head that leaves some nice lacing behind. Hoppy aroma, with floral notes, pine, citrus, and caramel malt. Bitter hop taste with notes of grapefruit and orange citrus, pine, caramel malts, and a little soapiness. Bold and bitter with a bitter hop aftertaste. Medium bodied with average carbonation. This one gets even hoppier and more bitter as it goes down. Long aftertaste. Strong IPA. sjolles85 (89), Tampa, Florida, USA

Very pleasant. Taste is hoppy, of course with a hint of sweetness on the front end. I can’t find anything to not like about this beer. It is not a complex beer but it is full of flavor. Very drinkable. Another solid offering from S.N. nathan30533 (154), Dahlonega, Georgia, USA
| 4.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 10/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 19/20 | Dec 5, 2009 It’s not perfect... but it might as well be. Great dry hop smell and taste. Wonderful IPA. I’m not always a fan of Sierra Nevada but they have done well with this one. Great IPA.
