travita (1842), Frisco, Texas, USA Oct 11, 2009 Amber colored with a beige colored head. The smell is sweet, earth, funk, and yeast. The taste is malts, sweet, caramel, fruits, funk, and earth. JK (2943), Richfield, Minnesota, USA Oct 4, 2009 Sweet aroma and flavor. Aroma has very light wild yeast. Flavor has yeast as well, minimally sour. Clearly a Belgian style beer, with Belgian yeast. Low carbonation. Some wild grass. Malt. Good. thedm (3833), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA Sep 15, 2009 This corked and caged bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a large sized head of foamy finely sized off-white colored bubbles that were and left behind a transparent softly carbonated orange brown colored body. The aroma was floral and spicy. The semi-flat mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start mediumly tingly at the finish. The flavor contained notes of malt mild hops and spices. An OK brew just nothing special. GandGKevin (183), Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA Sep 13, 2009 Pous lite brown with a decent head. Spicy fruity aromas. Fruity Belgium yeast flavors with a touch of raisin. Very good. patrickfannon (270), Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, USA Sep 8, 2009 Bottle. Pours golden with a thick, pungent white head. Strong body with an aroma of ctirus and a bit of hops. Very smooth finish. Awesome brew. sauceyhops (104), carlsbad, California, USA Sep 8, 2009 I’m not the biggest fan of the lighter belgians so I’m sure that affected my rating... that being said, it has wonderful carbonation and a sweet bread character that makes it pretty drinkable. It was nice to have a little citrusy hop flavor in the undertones as well. I did not expect that from the style. Good beer but just not really my cup of tea j12601 (1144), Poughkeepsie, New York, USA Aug 31, 2009 Bottle at the Where the Wild Beers are event. Pours a hazy light brown with a thin white head. Sweet plum, caramel, light lemon. Spicy, tangy. Finishes dry and spicy. l1br4r14n (274), Washington, Washington DC, USA Aug 25, 2009 A pleasant bready, belgian yeast, a little citrus, some hops, and sweetness from the malt. Mellow.
