Bottle, thanks sersdf. Clear reddish amber color. Heavy flemish sour - overripe fruit, slightly metallic, meaty, funkiness. I’m missing the oak in this. A very belgian take on the style. Pithy, cherries, musty, light wood, apple juice.

Bottle. Poured a cloudy amber. The nose was of typical belgian yeast. Very interesting flavors. Some hop notes, a bit of ginger maybe, but the malt backbone is what I really loved about this beer. Just a delicious balance of flavors, with nice carbonation. Excellent beer.

Delicious and easy to drink Belgian strong. Too often this style goes overboard on the sweetness but this was perfectly balanced. Aroma was yeasty, light and fruity. Pour was a perfect medium gold with a huge 3 finger pillowy white head. Taste was delicious. Strong biting carbonation with full apricot, apple and peach (tastes like carbonated fruit cocktail juice). Aftertaste is slightly bitter and dry. Very nice.
