Bottle from 7 Corners New Seasons Market in Portland, OR==Poured a golden copper body with a thick fluffy white head. Nutty, spicy, sweet, and florally hopped. Sticky mild tartness that hit the back of the tongue. Very nice!

75cl bottle from Beer World (Largo, FL). Pours a dark golden caramel color with a thick and fluffy off-white head. Excellent retention and lacing. Aroma is sweet, malty, and spicy with bread, yeast, and ripe fuits notes. Clearly visible particulate matter. Flavor is sweet and malty with a balancing hoppy tartness. Some ripe fruit, apricot and earthy and woody notes as well. Light to medium body with a slightly bitter, slightly sweet finish.

750 mL c&c bottle from Wine Warehouse in Charlottesville. Hazy orange pour with an excellent head. Big retention and nice lacing. Very yeasty and fruity aroma with notes of citrus, apple, pear and mild funk. A much mellower taste than expected. Earthy caramel tones with an cherry/citrus fruitiness. The brett is barely noticeable in this young bottle. A very nicely balanced and pleasant brew.

courtesy of tpd975. Pours golden with white head. Aroma is herbal and spicy with citrus note and caramel malts. Taste is very light and smooth. Hops with notes of citrus and yeast. Same as aroma with notes of caramel malts.

Bottles from Sparky27 and Miketd - thanks! This one is my only bottle of batch 2 (the others are B!) and I wanted to see how I liked the fresh hop taste (as opposed to the brett later on). This one has a golden color with a big bubbly head. Aroma has some light citrus, yeast, and acidity. Flavor is somewhat hop dominant - a bit of Duvel mixed with a fresh IPA. Amarillo shines though here with some assorted floral hops, light brett, and a bit of tripel-ish sugar. I really liked it, but I have a feeling that if the brett kicks in this will be one outstanding beer.

Pours a clear gold-orange color with ample chunky white head that blossoms up and clings to the side of the glass. The aroma reminds me of a well-hopped Saison with some floral peaking through the mysterious spices. Some hints of dried apricot and citrus come through as well. The flavor is a funky concoction of blunt hops, pepper, citrus fruits, and other spices. To control all of this, the beer is fairly well malted. The beer dances in the mouth due to the high carbonation. Very interesting.

750 ml. brown Belgian bottle. Corked and caged. Loud pop released the cork. Poured out a hazy orange color, with chunks of sediment, and a huge sticky tan colored head. Aromas are of spicy yeast, sour fruit, some orange peel. Flavors are yeasty bread, sour oranges, white pepper, earthy hops & dry malts. Slightly astringent, highly carbonated. Thick mouthfeel, almost chewy. Dry aftertaste, somewhat chalky. Decent beer overall, but not worth the $16 I paid for it.
