[Bottle] shared by JoeBrew and EddyB23. Thanks! Pours a cloudy gold with a medium white head of fine bubbles. Aroma is yeast, cloves, banana, popcorn, and a little bit vegetal. Flavor is a bit hoppy, extremely light in the mouth, tastes like there’s some wheat malt in there as well. Very nice earthy qualities all around.

Bottle shared by theisti. Pours a cloudy orange-gold with a thin white cap and wispy lace. The nose is of Belgian yeast, light (Pils?) malt backed by a blend of sweet and lightly spicy hops that make it difficult for me to distinguish individual notes. Light-bodied and slick with a very dry finish. The flavor follows the nose with a dry and lightly spicy finish; a dry, bretty quality asserts itself after the swallow. This is a nice beer. Thanks again for sharing it with us, Tim.

750 ml bottle shared by theisti. Pours light amber with a lasting white head. Some lace. Very hoppy nose. Amarillo hops are evident. Interesting flavor. Very hoppy with grapefruit and earthy notes. Some sugar character with some pine bitterness. Light quaffable body. High carbonation and very dry. Simple yet very good.

Big thanks to Tim for this one. Aroma is citrus, honey, candi sugar, pine, and light fruits. Light malt profile, well attenuated, lots of nice hops flavor. Tommy likey.

Additional notes I bought a couple of bottles of this. The one I am drinking currently fits the above description pretty well. There is maybe a touch of earthiness from the brett, but not much more than that. I don’t get the "decidely American Hopping additions" either, though the hops flavor and bitterness are just fine. I’ll age the other botlte a while, but even if no more brett character is evident, this is still a pretty nice beer. Score stays the same.

Sampled at Heritage Liquors Inauguration beer tasting in Maplewood, Minnesota. A 750 ml bottle shared by Eddieb23 and Joebrew, pours a semi-clear golden orange brew with a thick off-white head that quickly dissipates to a fine film and thin ring. Aroma of fruity and golden grain malt with wheat, some candi sugar, banana esters and a touch of dry hay. Taste is medium to full bodied, very light carbonation with flavors of yeasty golden grain malt, some light citrus and barnyard funk. Finish is slightly dry, a tad spicy with a tart golden grain malt and banana aftertaste. A statement rather than a signature would be appropriate for brand name.

[Bottle, thanks Joebrew and Eddieb23!] Pours hazy orange with a nice off-white head. Really unusual aroma that is spicy, hoppy and musty, with something else in there that reminded me of a flower that I have smelled before. Taste is spicy, quite sweet with some vegetal characteristics and bitterness in the finish. Medium-thick mouthfeel with a long finish. Really a strange beer.

Huge thanks to Joebrew and Eddieb23 for snagging this one and sharing it! Cloudy yellow color with a medium head. Lots of wheat and hay for the aroma, along with a little sourness. Very root vegetable-like taste (carrots?). Wheat and barnyard dry funk. Light banana. Quite nice.

Batch 1. Thanks to Mikal at Whole Foods Chandler for pulling one of the original batch out of hiding for me. Pours a hazy brownish gold color with a nice foamy head. Aroma of yeast, citrus, spices, fruit and funk. Flavor is fruity, banana, spicy, bretty funk, yeast, spices, herbs and hops. Very tasty.
