25.4 oz bottle. Clearish yellow brown with a frothy white head and sticky lace. Nose of honey, yeast, cinnamon and spice. Bready, medium light with prickly carb. Taste is orange peel and green banana. Hints of apricot and ginger, underlying caramel. A lovely stylistic merging.

Sample tasted at "Spring in the new year with brett" at fordests house. This was wierd. Flowers, and some hand soap? Was alright.

Tasting, courtesy of Fordest’s event. Beer #2. Pours a murky, cloudy yellow color with a small white head that soon dissipates to a fine ring. Aroma was loaded with sweet perfumy flowers and some barn funk. The flavor was characterized by tropical fruits, tart grass and more sweet perfumy flowers. Mouthfeel was light and clean. The finish was long with lingering sweet fruits. Overall: Good stuff if you want something sweet and floral.

What a brew. The perfect collaborations between West Coast American Brewing and Belgian Brewing. Nice hop profile good Belgian yeast charater. Bitter yet sweet. Excellent golded color with lasting white foamy head. I really enjoyed this,

750ml bottle. Very floral on the nose with just a small hint of bretty funk. Clean and soapy. Citrus oil. Candle wax. Cut flowers. Pours bright copper with a big white head leaving excellent sticky lacing. Very soapy on the tongue. Hints of flowers, just a touch of funky yeast, powdered sugar, pear, wax. Interesting with a lighter bready malt base. Excellent carbonation on top of an oddly waxy textured beer. Extra points for for the collaborative effort. Thanks Mike!

Courtesy of miver. Poured a hazy amber/golden color body with a really nice foamy white head. The aroma was barnyard funk, hay, citrus and floral hops. Flavors with some sweet citrus and mild tropical fruits, funky yeast with a little tartness, and some grassy barnyard notes.
