Dec 30, 2007 Pours golden with a thin lacing head.The nose is slightly tart and citrus.Flavor is bready and citrus, the tartness doesn’t show up.Must have been my nose.This finished off crisp and hoppy.

Dec 28, 2007 Pours a golden color with a pretty big white head. Aroma was of some belgian yeastiness some really light lemony citrus hops and a really light mustiness. Flavor was really smooth and easy to drink. Not enough brett yet. Ill open another in a few months and this should be excellent.

Dec 19, 2007 Sampled at PP SAF. Decent head on this golden orange pour. Citrusy aromas. Belgian yeast is evident too. Not too tart in aromas or flavor. Maybe the Brett will come in a bit later. I will have to re-visit my stored bottle in about 4 months. Flavor was still a bit hoppy but with a nice malty flavor too. Pretty good.

Dec 19, 2007 Bottled, thanks cquiroga! Hazy amber, airy head. Yeasty orangey nose. Warming alcohol hidden in a soft body together with orangey and resiny hops. Evident Belgian style flowery, alomndy yeast character. Quite bitter finish.

Dec 18, 2007 750 mL bottle graciously shared by grant. Sweet, sugary, floral , herbal aroma with very mild hints of Brettanomyces. Aroma is quite sweet and sugary. Very mildly hazy honey-colored body with a small-medium off-white head and ok lacing. Carbonated, bitter, metallic flavors with some musty yeasty Brett flavors. Fruity, floral flavors come in later with a dry, bitter, hop finish. Quite hoppy, and overly dry for my palate. Decent, but this does not really jive with my preferences when it comes to Belgian ales.

Dec 14, 2007 bottled. Very floral and perfume nose, taste is a tongue wack!, I mean really. But as I slowly get more adjusted the hops stand strong, then weird flower/perfume/cologne things going on, then Belgian yeast. Almost, but not, a Belgian ipa. Complex, but so easy to drink that its hard to be a session ale & it was like $15 a 750, so... Amazing description on bottle, impressive, also see Captain Cougar’s.

Dec 8, 2007 Gold with light haze. Some lemon and yeast in the aroma. Candy citrus flavor with some spicy yeast. Lightly metallic. Nice though. This was my last drink at the SAF, so the rating could very well be messed up.

Dec 8, 2007 750 ml bottle from AJ’s (Tucson) - Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a one finger thick fluffy white head. Nice lacing. Aroma is esters, spice, and light citrus. Flavor is much of the same. Beer leaves a little bitterness and zing to the palate. Medium to full body. A good beer.
